About Us
Maestro Surgical is a surgical robotics technology platform launched in 2021. Leveraging a globally patented motion control technology, we aspire to develop an intelligent OR solution that includes high precision, procedure-specific robotic arms with both dexterity and rigidity, and haptic feedback; a synchronized active 3D4K exoscope; and an ergonomic surgeon’s console equipped with a super low latency master-slave system.

Formerly Vice President at WuXi Apptec, Independent Director and Audit Committee Chairman at Chemspec International; research scientist and business manager at Pfizer. PhD in Chemistry from New York University, MBA from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago, and BS from Fudan University.

Co-founder, Chief Medical Advisor
Renowned Professor and Chief Physician at Huashan Hospital, affiliated with Fudan University. A leading figure in Spinal Surgery, also serving as a Doctoral Supervisor. Accomplished roles include Chairman of the Orthopedics Branch at the Shanghai Medical Association and Vice President of the Orthopedics Branch at the Chinese Medical Doctor Association. Noteworthy achievements encompass over 10 national and provincial research projects, 250+ academic papers (100+ indexed by SCI), and leadership roles in numerous industry associations. Graduated from Shanghai Medical University in 1985.
